We are here to provide your child with a safe and fun place to spend their day. To start the day off, we provide them with a nutritious, yet yummy snack! During the day,your child will be including in many activities ranging from outside play to movie time. We also have a mandatory homework time. What is better than getting to go home and enjoy the rest of the day HOMEWORK FREE???
- The After-School Program operates each school day from 2:15 - 6:00 P.M. The cost is $35 per week or $7 per day. There is also a $10.00 registration fee per child, per year. Children receive a snack and there is a mandatory homework period. Planned activities involve art, computer lab, games, and athletics. The program does not operate on teacher work days or holidays. If school is canceled during the day, there will be no After School Program.
- Any student marked to be present in A.S.P. by their teacher & is present at roll call will be charged the daily attendance fee of 7.00. If the student has not been registered they will also be charged 10.00 for the registration fee resulting in a 17.00 charge for the day.
- If your child attends a club and will then be joining A.S.P., please have them come to roll call. They will be dismissed from us to attend their club. The club will bring them back after the session is finished.
- Any student brought to A.S.P. by the office or club will be signed into A.S.P. and therefore will be charged for a days attendance & registration fee if required.
- Payment is due in advance on the first day of the school week. Children must be signed out daily by an adult designated on their registration cards. Adults who are picking up a child for the first time will be asked for identification. A late pick-up fee of $1 per minute will be assessed for each child picked up after 6:00 P.M.
- Parents must give prior written permission for their children to stay in the ASP. No verbal phone verifications or faxes will be accepted during the day; however, parents may come by the school in person to give written permission for that day.
